Window Farm Update

Alright, lets get some updates on the window farm! So, since the last post, things have been going rather well. I quickly realized there was not in fact enough light in my window to sustain growing anything.  I had thought there would be enough light, but i had not counted on the tree leaving in as much as it did, and it effectively blocks almost all the light.  So, once all the seedlings got big enough, i put the Large grow light between the bottom…

Boyce Arboretum

While in Arizona last christmas, i finally got a chance to go to the Boyce Arboretum on the way out of phoenix heading to miami, arizona.  its a huge arboretum nestled into a little canyon, and there’s tons of cacti, trees and cool plants.  I don’t know if dec is the best time of year to go, but it was still very nice.   My friend Chris and his girlfriend joined myself and my dad for the trip.  so lets get started. damn cute hedgehog cacti.these guys are endangered…
